From Peacock arrives the new trailer and brand new images from the upcoming pop-horror series, HYSTERIA!
When a beloved varsity quarterback disappears during the “Satanic Panic” of the late 1980s, a struggling high school heavy metal band of outcasts realize they can capitalize on the town’s sudden interest in the occult by building a reputation as a Satanic metal band, until a bizarre series of murders, kidnappings, and reported “supernatural activity” triggers a leather-studded witch hunt that leads directly back to them.
The series stars Julie Bowen (Totally Killer), Anna Camp (Pitch Perfect), Emjay Anthony, Chiara Aurelia, Kezii Curtis and Nikki Hahn.
Recurring Guest Stars on HYSTERIA! are Bruce Campbell (Evil Dead franchise), Garret Dillahunt, Nolan North, Elijah Richardson, Milly Shapiro, Allison Scagliotti and Jessica Treska.
Matthew Scott Kane and David A. Goodman ("The Orville") wrote and executive produced the series. John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein (Dungeons & Dragons, Game Night) and Chris Bender and Jake Weiner for Good Fear Content (My Spy, Mulan, Under the Silver Lake) also executive produced.
Scott Stoops for Good Fear was the Supervising Producer. Jordan Vogt-Roberts (The Kings of Summer, Kong: Skull Island) executive produced and directed episodes 1 and 8.
HYSTERIA! will premiere on October 18, 2024, on Peacock! USA Network and SYFY will simulcast the first episode on October 18, with USA Network airing episodes each Friday.
