EPIC Entertainment Group Goes Big This Holiday Season With Multiple Experiences Nationwide

EPIC Entertainment Group, the experts of bi-coastal live experiences and events, is once again bringing immersive and innovative holiday experiences to audiences across the nation for the 2024 season.

Known for crafting extraordinary events that captivate the imagination, EPIC is expanding its portfolio of seasonal installations and activations in key markets across the U.S. This year, the company is redefining how guests experience the holidays with next-level storytelling and cutting-edge entertainment.

Announced earlier this year, EPIC Entertainment Group has taken on an expanded role with Dark Nights at Hersheypark, overseeing Costume, Make-Up, and Talent departments. EPIC is managing hundreds of scare actors, specialty performers, make-up artists, and wardrobe specialists for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 Halloween seasons.

Additionally, EPIC is in its fourth consecutive year of partnership with Miami’s Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. In addition to overseeing all daily operations for the 83-acre venue, EPIC will transform the Garden from its spooky Halloween-themed Haunted Birdhouse Hunt to a Holiday adventure with A Very Merry Garden, delivering unforgettable experiences from fall through the holiday season.

On the West Coast, EPIC returns for the fourth year to transform Hotel del Coronado with its glamorous holiday installation, “Lights, Camera, Hollywood,” themed inspired by the 65th anniversary of the classic Marilyn Monroe film, Some Like It Hot, which was filmed in-part at the Hotel. Guests can enjoy expanded seaside igloos, festive bar experiences, and the dazzling light show that has become a signature feature.

Additionally, EPIC will debut at Universal Hilton with snow sessions and an outdoor ice rink, adding a fresh twist to the holiday festivities

In Hawaii, EPIC will bring holiday magic to Ritz Carlton Oahu Turtle Bay. Last season’s 52-surfboard Christmas tree at the Ritz Carlton left a lasting impression, and this year, guests will be treated to carriage rides through the forest, creating an enchanting and immersive experience across the resort.
