Camp Creep it Real OC Celebrates 30 Years of 'Hocus Pocus'

Creep It Real OC Is Celebrating 30 Years of Hocus Pocus!

Ready to kick off the spooky season? Have no fear, Creep It Real OC is almost here! On September 16th & 17th, our most popular event makes its return as CAMP Creep It Real OC at the haunted and historic Heritage Museum of Orange County in Santa Ana, CA.

Come see what’s on the activity schedule for this event’s senior year. Find over 120 Halloween and horror-themed vendors selling their crafts, wares and goodies. Meet and greet with celebrities from Disney’s Hocus Pocus including Vinessa Shaw (Allison), Omri Katz (Max) and Jason Marsden (voice of Binx) in camp for the weekend.

In honor of the 30th anniversary of Hocus Pocus, we will have a HOCUS POCUS MUSEUM with actual props from both films! Mingle with fellow spook enthusiasts, rustle up some food truck grub and satisfy those sweet fangs with some spooky treats. Gather ‘round the camp circle for some great LIVE Halloween music from the TWILIGHT CREEPS and SIX SILVER BULLETS. Plus, get down with our very own DJ, The Vinyl Ghoul and catch a magic show from Chris Ruiz magic.

This is your chance to get snappy and capture the moment with spooky camp-themed photo ops and some creepy members of the camp staff who are sure to make your excursions “in tents.” Adding to the fun, and new this year, there will be alcoholic libations available for purchase. There are more special surprises to be announced soon. Stay tombed!

With celebrities, huge shopping opportunities, music, food and fun, there’s so much creepiness happening here. Camp sign-ups begin now, so be sure to get your parent’s permission and we’ll see you there.

Heritage Museum of Orange County is on historic grounds featuring two homes from the 1800’s that are actually haunted! A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to Heritage Museum of Orange County to help maintain, renovate and preserve this historic place.

  • Admission for children 10 and under is FREE.

  • Costumes are encouraged. Foam weapons are allowed. Please leave metal ones at home.

  • This venue is pet friendly. Let’s see those pets in costume!

  • Bring your parasols, hats, water, close-toed shoes and sunscreen for maximum enjoyment.

NOTE: This is a fun spooky theme, and not an actual overnight camp.
